Innovative Pyrolysis Technology with 20+ Years of Development
The technology enables tire recycling through pyrolysis, has been constantly developed more than 20 years, the technology is registered and protected by a patent. The complete pyrolysis reactor system is currently the 7th generation. We are calling it Continuous revolving Charge Cycle (NE-TECH CrCC®) system.
The technology is a unique combination of classical batch-type and continuous (auger-type) feeding reactors. This solution combines a great energy balance with high-quality output materials. The process take place in closed system and fully PLC controlled, prepared for automatic controlled operation. The technology has a modular design, one module’s capacity is 10.000 Mt/year and shipped with 2pcs main reactors.
