About Us

Turning Rubber Waste into Real Value

Our company was founded with the goal of creating real value from tire waste – not only from a technical or financial but also an environmental perspective. From the very beginning, we have been building on our own developed technology: every step – from laboratory experiments to our operating industrial size 8ktpa plant – has been designed, built and refined by our engineering team.
We have been focusing on that from the beginning to produce economically worthwhile, high-quality technology that produces market ready qualified products.

Over 20 Years of Pioneering Sustainable Tire Recycling

After more than twenty years of development and experimentation, we can say that the technology uniquely enables the environmentally friendly utilization of rubber waste, producing high-quality secondary raw materials that are returned to the circular economy. Over the years, we have not only overcome technical challenges but also skepticism: we have proven that tire pyrolysis is not just a theory, but a working, economically competitive reality.

1st July 2025 was a significant milestone for New Energy Ltd, seeing the results achieved so far and the challenges ahead establish a NE-TECH group which compris three separate companies and emerged from the former New Energy Ltd. The name of NE-TECH comes from New Energy Technologies.

Our goal for the upcoming years

Our goal is to build more pyrolysis facilities worldwide. To achieve this huge goal, a few years ago we started building our own highly experienced engineering/design team and, unique at this level, our own manufacturing facility. The number of employees in the group doubled in one year because of our new tasks.

Thanks to these steps, we made a solid, independent foundation on which to build new facilities. Construction of the first new facility as a greenfield investment started in 2024Q3 in Karcag city in Hungary. The complete facility trials will start in 15th December 2025 in full operation of a 10ktpa (+ optional 10ktpa) line.

The next project

Our next ongoing project is located in Western Europe as a double line installation with 20ktpa capacity. Every element of the technology we produce has been tested in an industrial, operational enviroment. All of the new facilities are turnkey facility, excluded the local buildings and infrastructure. Our team is able to install full pyrolysis facilities, including storage, complete tyre-shredding lines, pyrolysis technology, and rCB post-treatment lines.

Our company’s engineers support local EPC contractors and the local construction company during investment preparation, operation and staff training. This complete package can support all interested future investors.

We are also able to start as soon as it possible the first oversea installation.
