About Us
Turning Rubber Waste into Real Value
Our company was founded with the mission of creating true value from tire waste—not only from a technical and financial standpoint, but also from an environmental perspective. From the very beginning, we have relied on our own proprietary technology: every stage, from laboratory research to the construction and operation of our 8,000 tpa industrial plant, has been designed, built, and continuously improved by our engineering team.
Since day one, our focus has been on delivering economically viable, high-quality technology that produces market-ready, certified products.
Over 20 Years of Pioneering Sustainable Tire Recycling
With more than two decades of continuous development and experimentation, our technology has proven to be a unique solution for the environmentally responsible utilization of rubber waste. It enables the production of high-quality secondary raw materials that are reintegrated into the circular economy. Over the years, we have not only overcome significant technical challenges but also disproved skepticism—demonstrating that tire pyrolysis is not merely a theory, but a proven, economically competitive reality.
On July 1, 2025, we reached a major milestone: building on our achievements and looking ahead to future challenges, NE-TECH GROUP was established, comprising three independent companies that evolved from the former New Energy Ltd. The name NE-TECH reflects our roots in New Energy Technologies.
Our Goal for the Coming Years
Our ambition is to expand the construction of pyrolysis facilities worldwide. To pursue this vision, we established our own highly skilled engineering and design team several years ago and, uniquely at this scale, built our own manufacturing facility. As a result of these efforts and new responsibilities, the number of employees across the group has doubled within a single year.
These steps have provided a strong, independent foundation for building new facilities. The first of these projects, a greenfield investment in Karcag, Hungary, began construction in Q3 2024. Full-scale trials of the facility are scheduled to start on January, 2025, with operations designed for a 10,000 tpa line, expandable by an additional 10,000 tpa.
The next project
Our upcoming project, located in Western Europe, will feature a double-line installation with a total annual capacity of 20,000 tons (tpa). Every component of our technology has been extensively tested under industrial operating conditions. All new facilities are delivered as turnkey solutions, except for local buildings and infrastructure. Our scope includes the installation of complete pyrolysis plants comprising storage systems, full tire-shredding lines, pyrolysis units, and rCB post-treatment lines.
Our engineering team works closely with local EPC contractors and construction companies, providing support throughout project preparation, facility operation, and staff training. This comprehensive package offers strong backing for all prospective investors.
In addition, we are prepared to launch our first overseas installation at the earliest opportunity.
